Setting sail from Terra Australis one fine morning with visions of fortune in the Americas, Douglas could have never anticipated that the gold rush of our generation (the dot com rush!) would come to a reverberating CRASH the day that his boat docked on American soil. Douglas’s lessons in web design were learned hard… It was time for a new internet, one that was not smoke and mirrors, five minute long Flash splash pages, design without regard for the user, venture capital or 18 year–old web designers with no experience earning $80K! It was time for web designers (the real ones that were still around) to EARN a living by providing a real product that considered the user experience and worked very hard to meet client objectives. Fast forward five years and you have Concussion Interactive, a lean, hardworking team of professionals who strive everyday to offer design and development that is results driven. With 10 years interactive experience, Douglas leads the Concussion Interactive team with a strong philosophy of teamwork exemplified by the union of codesmith and designer.

With a population of over 234 million people, it is the world's fourth most populous country. It is also responsible for producing one of the world's finest code freaks – Mr. Heindy Kunadi. Feared by rogue PHP and HTML code alike, Heindy is the man to call on when the coding gets tough. Also known as Dr. Database, he can design and plan a smooth database with his hands tied behind his back. Never one to back down on a challenge, Heindy develops websites that are only possible when design and development work together in perfect union.

And now for the English version… Allan Cardozo is on a silent vigil. Much like the lighthouse of old, Allan quietly observes the fine lines between design and development, making sure that all projects find their way to safe harbor. With his mind deeply entrenched in code but his heart with design, Allan develops sites that are a marriage of form and function. When he is not welding development and design together you can find him jetskiing with his friends.
